Ticket Sales / Box Office:
Box Office personnel will have a proper understanding of the events center to provide adequate information to patrons with questions about seating areas. The accessible seating will be clearly mapped out on a seating chart.

Accessible Seating:
All accessible seating locations will provide a clear line of sight viewing of shows and events. All accessible seating positions will be exclusively reserved for patrons who are wheelchair users or have severe physical limitations. Accessible seating is available on a first come first serve basis.

Companion seats – These seats are available for all accessible seating areas, although there may be no more than three (3) companion seats available for each accessible seat.

Temporary Disabilities - If you have a temporary disability/injury and you have already purchased tickets to an event, please call the Washington Pavilion Box Office and we will make the necessary arrangements for you to attend the event in a comfortable and enjoyable manner. When calling, please have the event, date, section, row and seat available.

Interpreters:
The Orpheum Theater Center will provide interpreters to assist hearing impaired patrons at no cost for most performances/events. All requests for interpreters must be provided to the Box Office with a three-week notice at 605-367-6000.

Patrons with Service Animals:
Trained guide dogs or service animals are permitted in the Orpheum Theater Center. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service animal as any dog, such as a guide dog or signal dog that is individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. This includes psychiatric service animals that are individually trained to provide service to individuals with psychiatric or neurological disabilities, such as preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle.
